I keep choosing to come back to Forest Highlands because I enjoy my job as a merchandise assistant. The team I work with is always in good spirits and very supportive and interacting with members is always a pleasant experience. This little town (Flagstaff) is absolutely beautiful and there is a strong sense of community here that reminds me of my hometown. I feel safe going for a walk in nature alone or going for a run on our many hiking trails. Additionally we are located so close to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Antelope Canyon etx. which means adventures are never far away.
Flagstaff is a quiet and beautiful city. The work environment is great and management is very friendly and respectful. It is a safe and wonderful work environment.
I chose Forest Highlands because the vibe of the club is great! Co-workers and club members are polite and friendly and it is a good place to learn and grow. Flagstaff’s weather is better than many other places I have been, and the downtown areas and surroundings have many hidden gems to discover! You won’t be disappointed to work here!
With two championship courses, two clubhouses, a world-class fitness facility, a family recreation center, two pools, a hot tub, spa facilities, and much more, Forest Highlands is a wonderful place to work! Nestled in the ponderosa pines at 7,000 feet, we average 78 degrees in the summer months when Phoenix (just two hours away) is averaging 115 degrees. FH has a golfing season that runs from the beginning of May through the end of October. Then, in the fall, we host seasonal events to help members ring in the holidays. Weekend dining services, as well as children’s activities, are scheduled year-round.
